Fungal candida is a much more complex than just adjusting your ph levels. Candida in the fungal form thrives in a higher Ph environment. I do agree on his stand point of avoiding too much acid/bile producing excess mucus . Interesting how he talks about mucus production and then he recommends GSE which can contribute to mucus because of its irritating/burning like qualities. It can especially produce mucus/irritate the lining of the gut if taken on a empty stomach. Havent heard of too many people curing their candida with GSE. Some people say it helps in the short run, but long term havent heard much long lasting results. I scratched GSE of my list when it was irritating my gut and producing too much mucus. I found coconut oil to be more effective/mild without having to take a irritating substance.
Balance in the body is not being too acidic or alkaline. He could be a good hypnotherapist with his voice. I could use a mutt hutt for a few months.
