So sorry that I have taken so long to get back to you. I rarely if ever even think about this anymore and I know that I ought to be here regularly to encourage those with outbreaks to give urine therapy a try.

As far as I know, I do not have it anymore. Not at all. Nada. Nothing! No outbreaks, no symptoms at all....ever!

I was not using the BHT at he same time and I do NOT recommend using it. It held things almost at bay, but not totally and it is bad for the thyroid.

I was desperate and willing to do just about anything since the antivirals were not working the the outbreaks were chronic, with virtually no time without it.

Now it is all just a faint memory. Use the urine therapy. It is amazing and will help your health in ways you might not even be focusing on. Sinus problems, for example. Amazing.

I have been through horrid flu, huge stress, etc., and no signs. No dietary restrictions. Again, just free of it all. To remind the skeptics, yes, I was diagnosed by a physician.
