Miralax is Polyethylene glycol 3350 which is in the same family as the antifreeze you put in your car.......... You want an "herbal laxative Tea. Straight Senna tea is quite strong for some myself included both in taste and effect and it gave me cramps from hell when steeped for the recommended 10 mins.. I was able to tone it down when steeping for only 5 mins and even then it gave crapms. I then switched to Get Regular Yogi tea which is much milder and actually has a very pleasant taste. You'll prolly hafta go to a healthfood store to get it. Even with the mellower Yogi tea I can still only steep it no more that 3 mins or I'll get cramps.
