Re: Water

Too much water is hard on the heart and kidneys.

Water is mostly used to dilute the wallpaper paste we eat as food. "IF" we eat only human foods, we get plenty of water in the food. I rarely drink a gallon of plain water per year, I take all my liquid in juice form, either fresh or dilluted with water. I would venture to make a guess that I have not drank 5 gallon of plain water in the last 5 years.

What happens when we drink water or even juice? In a few minutes the body expells it and expells it until it once again reaches balance. Our air is full of water, every breathe has plenty. It is only because of the ill diet that most people need a gallon of water per day to dillute the salt and acid waste.
