Dude you have wheat intolerance which has also caused you lactose intolerance. STOP EATING DAIRY PRODUCTS!! No milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, sour cream, potato chips with dairy etc. Read all processed food labels no dairy, no if no buts.

Wheat is a big time inflammatory. It's f***ing up your body.
That's bread, pasta, beer etc. The wheat/dairy goes into your stomach and starts to ROT there since it cannot be digested. The rotting food starts to seep through your pores and hence the nasty smell!
Rice and potatoes are fine. So are veges, nuts, eggs, and assorted meats.
