Please help. I'm very sick

Hi - I have leaky gut, candida, and erosive gastritis that I've been taking Prilosec. I took Betaine HCL and it worked great for digestion (I can't digest fats since I had gallbladder removed and have IBS symptoms from candida). Now digestion is awful and I have bad gas and bloating in my upper abdomen and chest. It can be very painful.
I'm at a loss of what to take now that I can't take the Betaine HCL. I had to resort to Miralax for severe constipation which has helped the lower ab area. Tweet
