contacr dermatitis from metal

i was recently swimming in my pool, then i went and sat in my lounge chair, and lied out in the sun. When i came inside there was a raised red rash on my back from touching the metal on my chair. I am on day 3 and it is not better. What do you do for contact dermatitis??? Thanks James!!! Tweet
