I am curious where inflammation could be? I do not feel that anything is inflammated.

We do not always feel inflammation.  For example, it is inflammation of the arterial walls that lead to plaque formation in the arteries.

And sometimes inflammation is mistaken for other things. 

The anti-inflammatories an adrenal support will not hurt anything regardless.
