I had below normal ceruloplasmin. I had obvious copper dumps when I took zinc.

Yes, I had grey hair too on zinc supps, AND had hairloss which was distressing. This hairloss is happening again now that I am back on zinc. So I stopped the zinc.

I don't know what to do. :/

LD, did you do anything different when you briefly experienced hair loss?
