With the cluster of fordoyce spots aside (barely noticable), there is no scaring or anything.

Remember I'm still not 100% recovered. At the moment my lips are quite often sticky, this is because the skin is still a bit thicker than normal, but also quite moist resulting in stickyness. Obviously this is much better to deal with than thick hard dry peeling skin.

I reckon in a few more months when the skin is fully back into a normal cycle, there won't be any evidence of the condition.

I'm often looking in the mirror and thinking wow they look totally normal! I also keep looking at other peoples lips and a lot of the time I think mine look to be in a better condition than other peoples!

So basically yes, unless you have loads of fordoyce spots (which can be lasered away) - I think healthy looking lips is on the cards. Tweet
