Gluten-Free, Casein-Free Diet Can Improve Autism Symptoms

The importance of balanced function in the digestive tract is highlighted by this study - http://www.humanhealthandscience.com/gluten-free-casein-free-diet-may-help-so...

This is something we see over and over again with the McCombs Plan. Better digestive function leads to better neurological function. Candida can induce gluten intolerance due to the similarities between the structure of candida cell wall proteins and gluten proteins.

The casein referred to in this study is the type found in pasteurized milk. Raw milk contains a different type of casein that may not be implicated here.
