I got the MSM at a health food store. I was so pleased with the results I did order a 10 lb container. If you want to go cheap you can get it at a farm supply store. I wouldn't worry about the brand. They will all say that they are the best. Please make sure you get plain MSM and not in combination with other stuff, as in joint formulas. MSM by itself is not toxic.

I have tried almost everything you have mentioned. Nothing has solved my problem. I put a huge scoop of DE in my oatmeal every morning.

My though process is that if you can keep the newly hatched critters from attaching you can kill off the adults and finally get better.

I have passed some extra nasty stuff, since starting the MSM. But for the first time in a long time, I have hope.

MSM also does a lot of other great things for your body. My sinus condition is clearing up, headaches and backaches are reduced. Read the article. Lots of great info.
