Enemas , soft bulk and post coffee enema?

Hi ,
I am not hungry at the moment so have just been juicing and doing the coffee enemas to protocol.

However added some soft bulk last night , cooked carrots to my evening juice and noticed that it made my enemas more difficult this morn.

Do people find if they add enough bulk during the day that they are able to deficate normally before the coffee enemas?

Is there any benefit of doing 2 coffee enemas, one after the other (for practical / time wise?

And is it neccessary to do a flushing enema after the coffee enema? What does the gerson protocol state?
