Aloe gel, Ginkgo biloba and more.

For the skin: I suggest apply Aloe vera gel to the skin.

Do you know the source of the pain? Is it coming from the muscles, bones, joints, or where?

Does she have physiotherapy? It would be ideal.

If she can not have physiotherapy, gentle exercise, to promote a gradual improvement, would be beneficial. Start gentle, do not overdo it. She can build up as her condition improves. Physiotherapists would explain things much better.

I suggest take Ginkgo biloba and dark berries or grapes (such as bilberries/blueberries or red grapes). Ginkgo biloba is a herb. You can buy it in capsules for example. The dark berries or grapes can be taken as food or juices. Ideally, have some every meal. This should result in a slow gradual improvement in blood circulation in the legs, over months. Let her know that it is likely to take months, so she is not disappointed that it doesn't happen quickly.
