If one is on the doctrine and has an orgone generator then one is able to ask for a specific pathogen to be treated.

Ex: Please send me the correct frequencies to kill _______ (you need to pronounce the correct medical name of the fish tapeworm)

There have been posts on using this technique and I can vouch for it as well.
