- chlorella 2x
- maca 3x
- potassium 400mg
- zinc 150 mg (usually 50mg, but temp. taking more for mettalothiene issue)
- magnesium malate 1250 mg
- B-50
- Vit C 100 mg 2x
- TMG 750 mg 3x
