Supplements during die-off

Hello, you guys are the only ones talking about supplements while killing parasites. I read your forum last year but the whole thing was too much for me to grasp. Now i've come full circle because I'm killing some nasty worms and they're releasing loads of metals.
My head is spinning, it feels like i have a tight band around the temples. My elimination has stopped completely, have to take some herbs.

anyway, I would love some help while I'm experiencing this die-off because I can't do it on my own anymore. I've read some old posts but seems like you guys have moved away from supplements recommended a couple of years ago. I found a supps link somewhere here but it;s disabled.

What can I take as an emergency aid? I have vit c crystals, r-ALA, Magnesium Malate, B2, Methyl B12. I can run to the health food store to get something else if need be.

Do I need an orgone zapper to access the doctrine?
