Re: Lithium o/t or maybe not..

Thanks Newport and Lolite;

Nickel toxicity might be right; I am allergic to all metals (jewelery for instance) on the skin except pure gold and stainless steel.
-That said; the metal/ mineral contents of the supplement are impressive; nickel are listed in it too, so are gold, silver, etc. But maybe the ionic form of nickel isnt the problem?

I will have to try a lithium orotate or aspartate to know exactly what works. That wont be easy as it isnt to be purchased easily around here; I will have to buy in US, sent to a friend EU, then smuggle it into the country.
I will find a way to do it..
Anyway; my eldest son found interest in it and will test it in the week to come.

"Lithium can also slow down the thyroid."
-Yes so I have heard and seen happening; but I believe this is when lithium carbonate medication are taken, without support of Iodine & co. But of course, having had the hypo T I will monitor this closely. The dosage I plan to take is 5-10 mg daily, much lower than the medication dosages.
Thanks for the links, I will dig deeper into it in the next weeks.
