Inversion Boots vs Inversion Table

Hi all...

I recently purchased some gravity inversion boots from maxgym.pl for use with my pull-up bar. However, I found that there was way too much pressure on the top of my feet to hold a full inversion position for longer than about 30 seconds.

I am now considering purchasing an inversion table so I can hold the position for much longer but I am a bit concerned that there may be a similar problem.

Has anyone found that inversion tables cause discomfort on full inversion for extended periods (eg. for 30 mins)?

Are there any designs that are better than others?

All the ones I have seen that are in my price range seem to have similar designs where the feet and ankles take the full weight of the inversion.

Many thanks for your help!

Adam
