Systemic Enzymes ???????

Hv, I've read that you are against the long term use of enzymes since it can stifle the bodies own production of enzymes - much like would happen if you stopped using your leg bones to walk but rather used a mechanical exoskeleton which spared vibrations of impact the bone, the bone/muscles would wither away like in handicapped peoples.

But new things I have read are saying there is a difference when talking about exocrine and endocrine glands. Enzyme production is not part of the endocrine (hormone) system, and in the exocrine system (tears, sweat, saliva, digestive acids and enzymes), supplementing doesn't stop production.

Example:
Drinking salty ammonia urea water long term doesn't stop the bodies ability to make its own sweat. (same case for tears and apparently, the rest of the exocrine system).

So basically what I'm reading is saying that if you are hot and are about to sweat, pouring cold mist over you to cool you down and prevent the sweating doesn't stop your bodies ability to sweat the next day or year when you stop the use of the cool mist, just like if you supplement with enzymes, your body wont have to secrete them itself that day but will be perfectly able to the next day, week, or year.

What I'm hoping is that you will use your medicalese mind to read up on the differences of the endocrine and exocrine system and hopefully confirm this new idea or show it to be wrong.
