Help please with Isocort dosage

Hi,i just got a bottle of isocort (New formula) and am gonna start it tomorrow.Just wondering for people with adrenal fatigue,what is the starting dosage?I know you take it 3-4 times throughout the day,just trying to figure out a starting dose.


Do you usually feel the effects of it immediately or dose it take a month or so?If anyone on this forum has felt like isocort changed how they felt dramatically,please feel free to let me know how you got too that point.I need all the encouragement i can get.thanks
