Well Coffee is a stimulant. I drink coffee on my school days to get me through the day. Coffee no longer makes me sweat as in the past.
1) I drink with very little or no sugar
2) I drink only on days I need a boost and sip slowly
3) Never with milk or cream - the milk upsets my stomach
I also have IBS and have learned long ago that's not about how food tastes but how it makes you feel. I think most TCM's state that coffee is bad for the blood.
