Quick question on Blood Sugar Protocol

Hi Dr Jeff,

My husband and I are both doing the blood sugar protocol and have been using a combination of rice cakes and lots of organic veggies. Since we are literally awake and snacking for 18 or more hours a day and organic foods are very expensive here, it is getting really expensive to do the protocol. We are looking for ways to cut down the cost but still do it correctly. We can get organic brown rice cakes in bulk and were wondering ...Would eating HALF of a rice cake every hour would be good enough for the blood sugar protocol to work or must we eat a whole rice cake? Another reason we want to do only half a rice cake is because we don't want to be eating too many grains. We are also both reacting to fruit so we can't have that either. Hopefully soon...

We only have three more weeks to go on the plan and are so excited at our progress! We are both feeling much better and the blood sugar protocol is making it even better. Plus I started with my chiropractic adjustments as well and learned my neck is misaligned severely in the top spot that controls digestion. I'm so glad I went! Thanks for all your help!!
