WHY do i have acid reflux!!! i am suffering

yes young people can get this horrible disease too! i was as yuong as 12 (maybe yuonger) when i started developing symptoms. also it affects my vocal chords that i have to clear my throat when i talk i hate this!

i have low stomach acid (hypochlorida) for many years. i can feel food just sitting in my stomach too long and it can get painful hours later, pain in intestines as food moves through. i swallow food slowly (not on puropse). sometiems food can get stuck in my throat cause i cant swallow it well!

i dont want to take HCL pills. i read of people becoming tolerant and needing to up their dose. i think thats b/c those pills might cause your stomach to atrophy from dependance(not produce acid on its own). i cannot afford to make this worse for myself in the long run

i think i am nutritionally defiecient b/c of this condition. i have a rather healthy diet overall but i dont seem to benefit at all b/c i feel quite listless and tired most of the time, sometimes i get very emotional and panicky over small things, i am depressed (b/c of cicrumstances but its getting out of hand). i have really sh*tty skin (rosacea, discoid eczema, dry skin, etc etc!)

i feel so bad b/c most people my age dont seem to have these problems, they eat a garbage fast food diet but their skin is so much better than mine!

i just dont feel alive anymore, i hate being tired and brain foggy all the time. and i think having low stomach acid is responsible for my possible candidiasis and being very prone to food poison.

WHAT AM I SUPOOSED TO DO, to get mt stomach to make more HCL, without having to pop any pills (and becpome depenedent)? i feel like a DEGENERATE!. wait  i also want to know WHY i have this condition in the first place!

and how to cure acid reflux b/c that can possibly lead to esophagal cancer (from the acid)
