hole in sinus cavity after extraction

Hi- I am new to this forum and hoping someone can help me. I had an upper molar extracted on 11/18/11. surgeon said there may be a hole in sinus cavity. 2 weeks went by and called dentist to let them know still had hole and bad odor in mouth...was told normal and give it time to heal. a month went by and called again with same issues...they scheduled me for three weeks after call. went in and was told by two dentists everything looked fine and was heeling good even though still ahd hole in sinus cavity. just two weeks ago I called them complaining of extreme pain where tooth was extracted. I wanted to go in right then but was told would have to wait until afternoon. When the surgeon finally looked at my mouth(happened to be there that day)..he told me I had a serious sinus infection and needed to rinse out hole. He then proceeded to give me 2 deep shots of novacaine and for the next hour dug out and around my jaw bone then packed it and sewed cheek over gum. 10 days have gone by and the packing has forced itself out and still a hole in my sinus cavity. I do not wish to go thru that pain again and no other surgeon will see me. ANy advice would be extremely appreciated...extremely appreciated.
