Re: Day 1 of capric acid-results(revised)

That monster has been hiding in my closet for a little while. I did a undecenoic acid enema( 100mg) a few days ago (after my colonic) and it made me pretty tired, but no real bad side effects. The caprylic acid enema definetly causes more bad side effects. It does seem like undecenoic acid acts as a mild diurectic(seems to lower my blood pressure a little). I find myself having to supplement with a little more sodium when taking undecenoic acid.  I notice a little brain fog with undecenoic acid as well. The capric acid is a monster that needs a little taming :)  He'll come back in the arena for another showing pretty soon.
