I had a question about foods. I know you have said that the pasteurization process with milk can cause harm to the body. I don't eat or drink any dairy products, but soy milk is also pasteurized. Are soymilk or other alternatives harmful to the body?
Also, when I do have a cheese craving, I will eat goat cheese. What are your thoughts on goat's milk products? I assume the cheese has the same pasteurization process.
