Urine Fasting and Histamine

Hi all,

I've suffered with systemic candidiasis pretty much all my life and have a lot of allergy symptoms like chronic facial swelling and water retention, flushing, itchy hives and skin rashes, thrush, dandruff, and all that jazz, especially after eating certain foods that are either rich in histamine (pickles are a real nightmare) or yeast. I've tried urine fasting in the past and have found that my allergic symptoms seem to increase when I start ingesting my own urine, and even after a week of urine fasting they don't seem to decrease much. I reckon that I'm just recycling the histamine that I'm pissing out, so it doesn't seem to help me much and makes urine fasting the most difficult and discouraging type of fast for me so far. However, all the urine fasts I've tried in the past were undertaken immediately or the day after eating offending foods like yeasty bread, milk, vinegar, and other histamine-rich foods.

So my question is, can this histamine recycling that seems to be going on every time I try to urine fast be avoided by eating a strict diet of low allergy fruits and vegetables for a few days before fasting, or by Water Fasting for a few days before urine fasting? I can't ever get past a week of urine fasting due to all the histamine present in my body, but I've never tried Water Fasting or cleansing BEFORE urine fasting to see if that helps ... as it is, it seems that urine fasting only harms me no matter how long I do it if I try to do it right after I eat offending foods.
