Constant thrush can be depleting magnesium, which is fixed by colonies of yeast/Candida so that your body can't use it. That feeds physical Depression as the relaxer mineral, magnesium, is low or virtually non-existent.

Use 1/8 of a teaspon of erythritol or xylitol split between two large bottles of a saline solution like "Ocean" or a generic. Work the spray nozzle out, put into a clean glass or ceramic container, mix in the xylitol or erythritol (available at health food store or online) and repack bottles. Mark bottles as having saline + xylitol/erythritol. Then use this freely to kill back the sinus thrush.

Then sneak up on your systemic yeast/Candida with silver colloid taken internally. Get an enema rig and shoot a solution of silver colloid into your whoosits or whatsits.

Follow up with Caprylic Acid, or the stronger yeast killer, Undecylenic Acid, available online or health food stores. Natrol has a Candida formula with Undecylenic Acid.

Then avoid all fermented yeast foods: yeast breads, beer, wine, vinegar; and all sugars except xylitol or erythritol, including fake sugars that trigger the same pathways and overwork the pancreas. Eat foods with a high glycemic index: sweet potatoes instead of white or red taters if you must have starch.

Get a good full-spectrum enzyme capsule or incorporate papaya and pineapple to start melting the yeast/Candida colony's protective biofilm and keep up the whole protocol because yeast/Candida can never be presumed eradicated. Work in some good Bifida-rich probiotics and keep us posted on how you are doing. Blessings!
