Magnetic pulser schematic

Recently I came across a patent US20110263925 of Pulsed Magnetic Therapy Device made by inventor Charles Bratton.

Thinking of obtaining similar magnetic pulser device I started to wonder what if I make it myself :)

Looking ay schematics and having only elementary knowledge of electronics I would like to ask several questions. Could someone help me?

1. Is it possible to apply the circuit for 220V AC input voltage
2. What voltage should be of each capacitor?
3. What wattage should be of each resistor?
4. I am not able to find MOSFET transistors STP60NF60.

I tried to ask the same questions in one electronics forum in Lithuania, and one guy replied, that this schematics has many essential errors, what seems to me not true.

I want to use the device to cure my candida and other chronic infections
