So what do I mix habanero with? I have seen some african bird pepper (non organic I think) with less heat... should I mix them with habanero?
Also, should I use lower alcohol say 75% so that the mixture is not so hot and also I could add more alcohol so as to dilute the heat?
I want to follow your advise in tincture making, that is 2/3-3/4 herbs to 1/3-1/4 alcohol... but in making habanero perhaps make the proportion 1/8 pepper to 7/8 75% alcohol?
would this work? I would also add very little of this tincture in the eyebright tincture (which I also intend to make).
