Thanks Ryan. One thing I forgot to mention in my original post is that I had a colonoscopy done, and the doctor said it was cleaned out real good and he didn't see any problems. Not sure if this will work for me or not, but the doctor does seem willing to get to the root cause of the issue.

I did see the thread about the Castrol Oil. Looks like it can't be ingested without severe side effects. I will have to look at the thread and links some more as I didn't get a good understanding of how often you need to use the packs and for how long.
