Re: yeast rashes?

"Xylitol is more antibacterial. A mouthwash containing thyme oil would work better."

I cannot find a mouthwash with thyme oil. Can I make my own using 100% essential thyme oil mixed in water? If so, at what ratios should I dilute it? Also, does it matter if it is therapeutic grade or if its red or white thyme?

I had to stop drinking kefir due to digestive issues it was causing me. I will probably start using it again as just a gargle though to introduce the good bacteria to my mouth.

The pau d'arco did end up making the rashes go away again, it just took a lot longer this time around. I'm still taking it for now to prevent them from coming back and so far so good. It has not had any effect on my oral thrush though.

Thanks a lot for your help!!
