Hot compresses on a regulare basis work for me, I tend to get them in the summer. Probably not a popular option, but along with the compresses, I also apply pressure, not "popping" it, but just to draw it to the surface. Castor oil packs I always meant to try. Also have wondered about products at drug stores now, Boil Eze, and other drawing salves. I spoke to a pharmacist once who told me his family used home aide products with those ingredients for years, and it worked as a "drawing salve".

I have been cleansing internally for a couple of years, and I don't get them much at all. I think it has to do with a sluggish immune system.
