- My internet abruptly got cut off so I did not get to complete the post. The FULL version of my post will be updated in around 4-5 hours, of course I got more YES foods :-) I love foods!
- I am quite young though( still in high school) so I am certain my weight will gradually increase. I weight 110
pounds ( 55 kilograms) --> 5'7 ft. My BMI is a little underweight, but ever since I started this personal protocol plan, I went from 140 lbs to 110 lbs in 2-3 months. 30
pounds in a few months is crazy. I know!! I am currently working on gaining weight by eating more frequently though.
Health improvements include:
- healed skin, wounds, and no more dry skin. I also do not have anymore pimples, which is very nice. Many of the foods in my YES list have been carefully researched in various several sources( books, web, medical journals, studies, clinical trials etc.) so I am sure that if they benefit me, YOU will also find great improvement.
