Mendomaid is wise and makes excellent suggestions.

I wonder, too, if you could use a 20 - 30 minute footbath (or handbath) in a 1% solution of Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts to balance your electrolytes.


This happens through the skin, both in and out, automatically, when the solution is 1%.

Simply put a good quantity of the crystals (any size), in water overnight. If there are unmelted crystals (rocks) left in the container then you can be certain that the sole (pronounced so-lay) is 26%. Then put an amount of sole in your footbath container and add 26 times that amount of warm, clean water.

The skin is a wonderful balancer, in and out, of minerals.
