Which to take?
Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me with this issue. I've been taking L-Glutamine daily, with of course other vitamins and minerals. I started taking msm after reading such good things about it, well I started feeling great and thought I was doing a good thing, till I started swelling and retaining fluids. I had just started to get my retention under control with taking ionic minerals. I didn't realize that L-Glutamine was a sulfur, till I had to research to find out what was going on. Well, I know I need more sulfur cause I have trouble with water rention, poor elasticity,allergies, poor circulation toxins traped in fat cells on my legs and arms, (cellulite). No matter what cleanse I do, or how well I eat I can't seem to get things level. I know it would be better if I went to a doctor of some sort, but I just cannot afford it at the moment. Any way I would like to know if it would be more benefical to just take an amino acid complex, L-Glutamine, L-methionine, Cystine, Cysteine, or MSM? I do eat protien, fruits,veggies, all cooked except salads. The only time I eat raw veggies is when I do juice cleanse.
I want to feel normal so bad! everytime I think I'm close it goes down hill again.
Oh, one more thing I took HCL to help with protein breakdown, I was out for awhile when I started with my ionic minerals, when I got my HCL in I tried taking it and got some burning, I take it take I don't need it anymore due to the chloride in my minerals. Am I right?
