Use a distiller or rain water tank

Water filters do not remove the fluoride. Some people selling them exaggerate about this.

I suggest a water distiller is a much better way to go.

However, distilling all of the water in the house would be far too expensive. I suggest distilling drinking water, and use tap water for showering, washing, etc.

An ideal option would be to put in a rain water tank. I don't know if you own the house.


If you are a handy type of person, you can make your own distiller. If not you may buy one.
