I will just guess then that for longevity, the following would be good to include in one's supplementation: Tyrosine, Glycine, Sage Leaf, Rosemary, Diatomaceous Earth, Acerola Cherry or Amla for vitamin C, Nettle Leaf, Dulse, Copper, Zinc, Digestive Bitters, L-Carnosine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Turmeric, Milk Thistle, Apple Cider Vinegar, Astragalus, and He Shou Wu. Please let me know your thoughts or if I'm missing anything.
