depends on how deeply you want to receive the coffee
and how long you want to retain it...

if you want to use up most of the coffee washing out poop, that is one option

if not, then get the poop out and do coffee with intention of retention

seriously, why are you paying somebody to do this, when you can buy and enema bag and do it for yourself?!?!?!

long time ago my friends were all saying that i really needed to go to the colonic irrigation people, as they could to a better and more thorough job than i can do, bla bla bla

so i went and paid the money and that was not my experience
in my experience it was a waste of money

i can do just as good a job myself at home, even better
in fact, i can retain more when i am in control of how fast the water flows and when to stop it
