It seems like you might have an imbalance of  flora (maybe lacking some of the strains that keep yeast in check) otherwise you wouldnt be getting the yeast infections. Its a pain trying to get  the gut ecology back to normal after the use of anti-bacterials. Seems like the best option is fecal transfers because it has the hundreds of strains we need in a good balance. The problem with store bought probiotics is they just cant duplicate the balance of  human flora that we need.

Thats good your mercury was low. Dental work is very expensive and a pain in the butt to go through. I had all my fillings removed 3 years ago and it didnt make much of a difference with my candida. But im glad i got that toxic crap out of my mouth.

If there is certain probiotics that help your bowel movements than good. If there are certain foods that cause an outbreak just keep a log on it.
