Hi. I am lacking iron because I used a lot of zink supplements for a long time without adding copper, or c- vitamine for the matter of iron. I am a bit worried about taking copper , even though I should so that iron will be used, because I have read that copper reduces the metabolism. I am not sure that is the right word, I am Norwegian. But the burning of fat etc. will be lower with copper, and some have recognized that overweight people more often have more copper in their bodies than normal. Will I gain weight if I take copper supplement? How much is safe? I have anemia.
