Just don't go overboard on the fruits. Also, they have to be fresh fruits and not juices or fruit cups. Those are loaded with sugar.

The important thing is to find out what your trigger foods are. After a while, you'll know what foods to avoid and which ones you can eat. It's kind of a trial and error thing.

Two things seem to help with the odor, coconut and lemons.
