If you take a B Complex Vitamin supplement and they are all of the same amount, your body will utilize and metabolize what it needs and excrete the rest, but high doses for long periods are not advisable as the long term effects are not known.
If your diet is of a high quality and you have a good appetite, then I would switch to a high quality multivitamin/mineral which will provide most all the nutrients you will need. Nutrients act more effectively and synergistically as a team when taken together rather than in isolation although the latter will have distinct health-benefits. Supplemental Vitamin D3 being a case in point.
