if you have severe colitis then yes large amounts of paromomycin can possibly be dangerous the books says, because it can leak into your body, it is a non absorbing Antibiotic that normally almost only stay in your gastro tract

most people I would think are fine with it

almost any Antibiotic can cause severe damage in very very few cases

but what is the side effect of the Antibiotic and what are the die off effect off bugs

many people mistake die off effects from the bugs they kill with side effects
