That's great thanks i'll check this site now and no worries I took this last week to go over everything i've done so far just hit a wall feeling really tired but that's also winter for ya :)

I'm starting bowel cleannsing again and i'll see what next step is probably liver , kidney cleanse again i've started the flushes in the meantime
