Constipated caused by colon/parasites/candida cleanse

I've been on this ultimate digestive health cleanse(http://www.ultimatecoloncleanse.com/) for about 17 days now and except for a few enemas I never get a bowel movement.

I haven't gone in the past 5 days, nothing is coming out.

I'm eating nothing but meat and vegetables(lettuce, broccoli, cabbage).

I'm also taking probiotics. I drink water too.

This stuff is supposed to make you become regular and go at least once a day.

I also get weird sounds coming from around my liver area sometimes. This stuff has really taken the edge off my ocd and made me slightly more motivated but I'm supposed to have at least 1 bowel movement a day so I could start the heavy metal detox.

What's going on? Any ideas?
