If see it wider as balance of Yin-Yang in meals, Macrobiotics, one may safely eat certain amount of meat and stay very healthy.
Cancer is mainly Yin disease.
The problem is, 2/3 of products are Yin type, and popular
meals like potato and tomatoes are very strong Yin, so one may get more prone to cancer even with most clean organic meals but consisting mostly of Yin products.
