Help Needed - DIY Dr. Young's Puriphy water treatment drops

Hello, I like Dr. Young's Puriphy drops but they are extremely expensive ($50 for 2 ounces) and the ingredients are pretty basic -
Potassium Carbonate (30.18%)
Sodium Bicarbonate (6.04%)
Potassium Hydroxide (3.44%)

I already have food grade Red Mill Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate), no aluminum added.

I can buy food grade Potassium Carbonate from Sierra Chemical Supply ($10 for 1 pound). (Hopefully I can buy it - once tried to buy something like that from a chemical supply store only to find out at the last minute they wouldn't sell to individuals without certificates, or somesuch).

And on Amazon there is Food Grade Potassium Hydroxide Red Hot Devil Potash Lye (90+% Pure Potassium Hydroxide), 2 lbs for $7 - (but what about the other 10% - wasn't able to find out online)?

So, for $17, I could make a lifetime supply of this stuff. Is there anything potentially problematic with this DIY? I know the ingredients are caustic and must be handled with care, etc. Any advice, feedback appreciated - thanks.
