I know that usually you have good simplified methods that do not require specific equipment (like your yogurt-making idea in the owen for example)
can you please let us know how to best make this vervain mead?
I've already got the shampagne yeast, I did order it a while ago but then I was not able to proceed not sure exactly why, I guess healing issues plus havin to order some more equipment (like big jugs or whatever...) - so if there's is an easier way to make this that would help more people I think too
